I love stories where Jim is the one to go into pon farr and Spock has to save him - and this was delicious. Very nice unfolding of the symptoms and the diagnosis, and of course, the resolution! I can definitely see Spock being reluctant to take perceived "advantage" of Jim, so that rang true to me. But it was lovely to have it all work out in the end. :)
